Oopsie Poopsie, a bathroom air freshener in the “before you go” category, needed to refresh its identity after two years in the market to stand out from competitors. Wiper developed a comprehensive rebranding strategy, updating the logo, packaging, claims, and key messages. We defined tactics for each funnel stage —awareness, consideration, and purchase— and conducted market research and focus groups that uncovered opportunities to reposition the brand as a more premium product. As part of the mass communication phase, we created a TV spot and awareness campaign, positioning Oopsie Poopsie as a leading player in its category.
