Together with PepsiCo US, we developed a menu optimization program for restaurants across the U.S. market, with the goal of increasing beverage incidence in orders placed through platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. After a thorough menu assessment, we implemented improvements based on three key pillars: creation of personalized combos through a combo builder tool, logical reorganization of information to facilitate navigation and purchase, and updated imagery to ensure proper presentation of each beverage. The project also included training sessions, CRM-based follow-ups, and automated reports delivered after 30 days, allowing precise measurement of the impact on sales.
