The Property Advocates, a firm specializing in defending homeowners against insurance company denials after natural disasters, needed to consolidate its positioning in South Florida and scale its client acquisition system in an extremely competitive and highly seasonal market. The goal wasn’t just branding — it was to build a sustainable acquisition system that integrated visibility, trust, and performance, especially during periods of heightened climate risk. We developed a comprehensive strategy based on three pillars: institutional repositioning of the firm and strengthening the personal brand of its partners to build authority and credibility; the implementation of a full-funnel omnichannel acquisition system that integrated digital campaigns (Meta, Google, and remarketing), specific segmentation for Hispanic audiences, optimized landing pages, and call center integration for appointment and call follow-up; and a seasonal activation strategy, intensifying investment and messaging during peak hurricane risk seasons to align communication and performance with periods of highest potential demand.
Out-of-home advertising was a key component within the acquisition ecosystem, with strategic planning of billboards along high-traffic corridors in Miami and critical areas of South Florida. These campaigns were scheduled in “flights” according to seasonality and hurricane season timing, combining urgency and authority messaging with direct calls to action. OOH not only served a positioning role but was also integrated into the digital funnel through geolocated reinforcement and remarketing, boosting lead generation and traffic toward online appointments and phone calls.
Performance across channels was monitored through real-time dashboards and attribution models that guided continuous optimization. This allowed us to scale investment efficiently, improve conversion rates, and consolidate a data-driven performance strategy. We implemented fully customized dashboards, continuous conversion analysis, and weekly optimization, achieving sustained improvements in efficiency and qualified demand generation.
