Cinemark aimed to increase its active subscriber base for CineClub Pro and Gold, optimize purchase frequency, and boost digital transactions across ticket sales and concessions. The challenge was not just to communicate more, but to communicate smarter — leveraging data to drive measurable engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
We developed a data-driven Email Marketing & Loyalty strategy based on RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) to segment customers according to real purchasing behavior. New and evolved clusters were created within CineClub Pro and Gold, allowing us to tailor communications across the entire customer lifecycle — acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
The strategy included email structure optimization, improved template performance, refined contact frequency planning, and progressive automation workflows. We also provided strategic guidance to integrate CRM, digital media, and omnichannel communication into a unified loyalty ecosystem.
Working within the MOVIO CRM platform, we structured monthly campaigns, strategic weekly sends, and automated triggers designed to increase engagement and repurchase rates. Specific initiatives were developed for active users, at-risk segments, and premium tiers (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze). We implemented a dynamic segmentation model powered by behavioral insights, average ticket value, and attendance frequency. The objective was to maximize message relevance at every stage of the customer journey and increase long-term customer value.
The Email Marketing and Loyalty strategy was fully performance-driven, with continuous monitoring of key KPIs across every stage of the funnel. From deliverability and open rates to clicks, sessions, conversions, and revenue, we consistently optimized segmentation, frequency, and content to maximize channel efficiency.
