Action Plan

We developed a comprehensive digital media strategy to promote the Falabella Credit Card in markets without physical retail presence. The plan combined campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, designed to move users throughout the funnel — from awareness to consideration and ultimately conversion. Advanced targeting strategies were implemented, including lookalike audiences, remarketing, and personalized messaging to capture qualified traffic and maximize the number of credit card applications initiated.

Results

Channel performance was monitored through real-time dashboards and attribution models that enabled continuous optimization. This allowed us to scale investment efficiently, improve approval rates, and significantly increase the generation of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). The strategy relied heavily on data-driven performance, supported by fully customized dashboards, simplified attribution models, ongoing conversion analysis, weekly optimization cycles, and integrated tracking tools.
