Falabella needed to strengthen its relationship with increasingly fragmented consumer segments. Using insights from their customer database and interest clusters, we designed and implemented a highly targeted ecosystem of thematic experiences across fashion, beauty, home décor, gastronomy, and more. We developed the umbrella concept “Unique Falabella Experiences,” creating live events and exclusive content tailored to each profile. From décor workshops to beauty sessions and culinary encounters, every experience was crafted to deepen brand affinity and elevate customer loyalty. The result was a scalable, multi-audience program that consistently grew in participation, engagement, and perceived value.
