Managing Acer’s social media presence across multiple Latin American markets required an efficient system capable of handling a high volume of daily comments and messages related to product inquiries, pricing and customer support. The challenge was to structure a regional social media operation that could organize interactions, improve response times and maintain consistent communication across markets, while adapting content and campaigns to the specific characteristics of each country.
