Processes

Scouting & Contracting

Search and selection of talents aligned with the brand’s values and campaign objectives. Agreements with selected influencers (or their representatives) based on objectives and campaign reach. Option of direct contracting through Wiper. 

Coaching & Execution

Onboarding to the brand and campaign strategy. Production of scripts and/or briefs for influencers to create their content. 

Monitoring & Reporting

Ongoing communication with talents. Coordination of dates, topics, and objectives for scheduled posts. Verification and control of content. Identification of opportunities. Preparation of interim and final campaign reports. 

Tools

We use Influencity to conduct precise searches aligned with the client’s profile and campaign objectives. This tool allows us to identify influencers worldwide based on engagement rate, number of followers, brand affinity, and the geographic distribution of their audience, by country or city.

We use Meltwater’s PR module to monitor mentions across online, print, and audiovisual media, both locally and globally. This tool enables us to identify visibility opportunities, measure the impact of PR actions, and analyze the tone and reach of each publication. It also facilitates the creation of journalist and media lists relevant to each industry, optimizing strategic content distribution and press relations.
